yoga with heather
yoga became an integral part of my spiritual practice when I began questioning the faith of my childhood.
A practice of yoga rooted in curiosity and exploration opens opportunities to heal from trauma and unexamined self-limiting beliefs. Self-compassion is the key to any healing, and the wisdom of a yoga instructor can help facilitate this process through your physical practice.
Since falling in love with the practice of yoga, I have been certified and registered as a yoga teacher at the 200 hr level, have 150+ hours of training since then, specializing in:
self-awareness through embodiment
breath work linked with movement
tantric philosophy
accessible yoga for all bodies (including chair and prenatal yoga)
I have taught hundreds of hours of classes in a variety of settings. The feedback I receive most often from my students? “I have learned so much about myself from your class!”
Let your body be the bridge to re-connecting with yourself and finding peace.
